A. I will not accept the funds from closing; my fee is not contingent upon you closing your transaction.
Q. Do you have a set fee for the proof of funds/seasoned funds service?
A. I do not have a set fee for the amount of each proof of funds/seasoned funds. Please fill out an application so that we may forward your quote.
Q. How do I pay your fee for this service and know I will get the service that we agreed upon?
A. I do the entire transaction through an escrow account, and this is for the pure benefit of both parties. We don't get paid unless you receive your vod.

A. I will not allow any attempt to do the above.
Q. Will the account be established with seasoning for at least 60 days?
A. Yes, the account will be at least 60 days old at the time it is verified if needed. Please check that box on application.
Q. Will my name be the only name on account the time of verification?
A. Yes, for verification purpose yes, unless you would like another name added to the account.
Q. How fast can I actually receive the proof of funds (vod)?
A. 3-5 business days
Q. Are the funds good, clean and from a non-criminal origin?
A. Yes, and are located in a US bank account.
Q. What are the minimum and maximum amounts that can be verified?
A. $10,000 minimum to $10,000,000 maximum but if higher amounts are needed, we do have other sources that may do it up to $500,000,000.
Q. Is there any credit score or credit check required?
A. No
Q. What is the minimum and maximum time that the accounts can be kept open?
A. We have 30 day and 60 day programs. The account can be held open for additional periods upon mutual agreement, often at discounted rates.
Q. Is this legally done?
A. Yes, this procedure proof of funds is done legally thru a joint venture process for the protection of both parties. We become an equity partner for a fee.
